Interplay Returns in 2012!
Interplay will be hosting auditions for the 2012 Competitive Season over 2 Sundays in October. The October 23rd Audition will be held in Cedar Springs, MI and the October 30th audition is tentatively planned to be held on the East side of the state.
You must attend at least one of these auditions, but it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to attend both dates so that the staff may fully evaluate you.
We will be assessing your skills in the areas of movement, performance, technique, and choreography. Please note that it is NOT required to spin weapon to be a member of Interplay. Although natural skill and talent are thoroughly evaluated, we value a great attitude above all else. We are looking for talent of all ages 14-22. So, we encourage anyone, regardless of experience, to come and audition! You‚'ll never know what you can accomplish until you give yourself the chance!!! We hope to see you this fall!
A ONE time, non-refundable audition fee of $20.00 will be required to participate. (This will cover BOTH audition dates.) This fee will includes a great lunch, rehearsal facilities, instruction, etc. We welcome anyone ages 14-22 to audition! You will never know what you can accomplish until try! We look forward to seeing you there!!
High School Student Membership Policy
Anyone may audition for Interplay just for the experience.
Statement: We encourage students to march in their High School Winter Guards until graduation. However, we also believe in the freedom of every person to make their own choices regarding where they march and who they receive instruction from.Policy: High School students who attend a school with a competitive winter guard will be required by Interplay to have a letter of intent/support written by their parents.

This address is the FIRST entrance to the Cedar Springs Public Schools campus (Center St.) Keep going a couple of more blocks further down East Muskegon St. and you will see the High School on your right. Go to the front entrance. There will be signs and flags flying to show you the way!
Sunday, October 30 · 11AM - 6 PM Location : Linden, MI (Specific School Site TBA)
Please bring:
- form fitting, dark rehearsal clothing (be comfortable)
- $20 audition fee
- Checks should be made payable to: Interplay
- weapons, if you have them, flags will be provided...
- dance shoes and/or tennis shoes
- gloves
- A nice lunch will be provided at auditions.
We have purposefully scheduled the audition dates on Sundays to avoid any marching band conflicts. Under extreme circumstances, a video audition may be arranged.
